Our roasting process involves lots of minor adjustments and some trial and error when roasting a new coffee or experimenting with different roast levels.
To get perfection, we are constantly tweaking small changes when roasting. These experimental changes sometimes don’t produce the ideal roast we strive for and we have coffee that isn't 100% perfect but still very delicious and far too good to waste! 😋
We are offering 1kg bags as whole beans at a very discounted price. This coffee is limited and is only available periodically and you may receive any one of our single origin or blend coffees. ☕🎉
We aim to dispatch orders placed before midday on the same day. Under normal circumstances all items should be delivered to you within 2 working days or sooner.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
