Let’s be honest, drinking turmeric on its own would taste pretty intense even for the most adventurous pallet. So, at Blendsmiths, we have created the perfect blend of delicious natural ingredients to compliment its distinct and full-bodied flavour.
Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It boasts powerful anti-inflammatory properties and is a very strong antioxidant; just by adding black pepper, we increase the curcumin absorption by 2,000 %. The benefits are a plenty, and consumption of turmeric has been known to help reduce chronic pain, inflammation and overall pain relief.

Ingredients: Coconut Sugar, Ceylon Cinnamon, Turmeric (13.5%), Ginger, Star Anise and Black Pepper.

Instructions: Drop 2 teaspoons of Turmeric Blend (11g) into your milk (8oz). Heat by using a steam wand, a pan on the hob or a microwave. Alternatively, make a paste with a touch of hot water , stir and then add warm milk.
Why not try it cold? Simply put ice, milk and Turmeric Blend into a blender.
