We aim to dispatch orders placed before midday on the same day. Under normal circumstances all items should be delivered to you within 2 working days or sooner.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Directions
1. Place one coffee bag in your mug.
2. Add freshly boiled water.
3. Brew for 3 mins, stir every 30 secs.
4. Squeeze, remove, enjoy!
5. Recycle - sachet and coffee bag are suitable for industrial composting through authorised waste collection scheme (just check your local collection through your council's website).

We do our best to stick with the same origins for our blend to ensure the same flavour profile, but this can change due to the ever-changing seasons at origin.
