Beetroot has an excellent nutritional profile that includes plenty of essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They also contain unique bioactive compounds called Betalains, which can benefit overall health.

Ingredients: Coconut Sugar, Beetroot (24.5%), Ceylon Cinnamon, Star Anise, Ginger and Black Pepper.

Instructions: Drop 2 teaspoons of Beetroot Blend (11g) into your milk (8oz). Heat by using a steam wand, a pan on the hob or a microwave. Alternatively, make a paste with a touch of hot water , stir and then add warm milk.
Why not try it cold? Simply put ice, milk and Beetroot Blend into a blender.
