We are very excited to release this Ethiopian coffee from Kefalech Tariku.
Kefalech is a female farmer from the Gedeb district of Ethiopia. 1.4 Ha of the farm is used for growing coffee, producing around 3 tonnes per year.
This particular microlot coffee is a naturally processed and contains traditional varieties Kumie, Diga and Wilsho.
Expect tea like qualities and fruity notes of berries and vanilla.
