Since meeting Vitor Barbosa in 2018 we were lucky enough to be invited to visit the family farm in Brazil. Vitor, his father Danillo and family are the friendliest, most welcoming hosts and work together to create some truly amazing coffees.
One coffee that stood out to us was the experimental natural fermentation process. these were created in microlots by Vitor. The fruit is left to ferment on the coffee cherries and creates some really interesting flavours.
